Verbital is an Italian verb-conjugation learning app.
Information we collect
Verbital does not require you to create an account. The app stores learning data in local app storage on your device. This includes practice attempts and their dates and times, statistics, streaks, timed scores, selected verbs, tenses and pronouns, practice settings, saved setups, custom verb lists, appearance preferences, reminder preferences and a locally cached record of whether Verbital Pro is unlocked.
Verbital does not send this learning data to a Verbital server. Verbital does not currently include developer-operated analytics, advertising or tracking services.
Backups
When you choose Save backup, Verbital creates a JSON file containing your settings, practice history and statistics, saved setups, custom verb lists and reminder preferences. Pro purchase status is not included.
You choose where to save or share the backup through the system share sheet. The selected storage or sharing provider handles the file according to its own privacy policy. When you load a backup, Verbital reads the file you select and copies it temporarily into the app’s local cache. Verbital does not upload backup files to a Verbital server.
Backup files are not encrypted by Verbital. You are responsible for protecting and deleting copies saved outside the app.
Daily reminders
If you enable the optional daily reminder, Verbital requests notification permission and stores your chosen reminder time locally. The reminder is scheduled on your device. Verbital does not register a push-notification token or send reminder information to a Verbital server.
In-App Purchases
Verbital Pro may be purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Purchase transactions, restores and purchase verification are processed by Apple. Verbital does not receive or store your payment card details. Apple may process information relating to purchases according to Apple’s own privacy policies.
Contacting support
The in-app Send feedback button opens an editable email draft. The draft includes the app and operating-system versions, current screen and practice mode, whether Pro is unlocked, selection counts, session totals, the current or most recent verb, tense and pronoun, the question result and the time the draft was generated.
Nothing is sent until you choose to send the email. You can edit or remove any diagnostic information before sending.
If you contact us, we receive the email address, message and any diagnostic information you choose to send. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and provide support.
Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the enquiry and maintain relevant support records. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing Verbital.Feedback@gmail.com.
Data sharing
Verbital does not sell your personal information and does not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
Apple processes Verbital Pro purchases, restores and purchase verification. If you use backup, document-selection or email features, information may also be handled by the storage, sharing or email provider you choose. Those providers handle information according to their own privacy policies.
Tracking
Verbital does not use advertising tracking and does not track your activity across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Children
Verbital is a general educational app and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Your data
You can use Reset all stats in Verbital to remove practice attempts, streaks and timed high scores. To remove all locally stored Verbital data, delete the app from your device. Offloading the app may retain its data.
Deleting Verbital does not delete backup files you previously exported or support emails you sent. Those must be deleted from the location or email service where they are stored.

Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if Verbital’s features, services or data practices change. Any updated version will be published here with a revised date.
