Reporting a problem

The in-app Send feedback button opens an editable email draft containing useful diagnostic information, including the app and operating-system versions, practice mode, session totals and the current or most recent verb, tense and pronoun.

No information is sent automatically. Review the draft, add a description of what happened and remove anything you do not want to share before sending it.

Verbital Pro

Verbital Pro is a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase that unlocks additional features. If Pro is not showing as unlocked after purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase. Verbital backup files do not contain purchase status.

Purchases and billing

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. For billing, payment-method or refund matters, Apple may need to assist directly through App Store support.
